Two cyclists have begun their bike ride from Lands End to John O Groats in aid of charity.
They are currently at Dumfries in Scotland and have been said to be a tad worried about midges biting them, as the pair are doing the long ride in just their boxershorts and the Scottish Highlands are renowned for their swarms of midge during the summer season!

Adam Dunn and Gavin Topley from Branksome are taking no money,food or clothes with them and will be relying on strangers kindness for free accommodation and meals.
The 5 things the lads have allowd themselves are ID,phones,water,a camera and a map. But they have had to invest invest in some sun cream also as they were getting burned in the summer sunshine.
They are hoping to complete the bike ride and raise £3000 for the charity ActionAid.
